1. What materials are your canvas prints made of?
My art prints are created on high-quality, artist-grade canvas that is stretched over durable solid wood frames. The inks used are fade-resistant to ensure long-lasting vibrancy.
2. Are your canvas prints ready to hang?
Yes! Each canvas comes with a pre-installed sawtooth hanging fixture. You can enjoy your new artwork right out of the box.
3. What sizes are available?
I offer a variety of sizes to suit different spaces—from small accent pieces to large statement art. You’ll find available sizes listed on each product page.
4. Do the colors look the same in person as they do online?
I use high-fidelity printing to match the colors as closely as possible to the digital image. Please note that monitor settings and lighting conditions can cause slight variations.
5. How should I care for my canvas print?
Simply dust your canvas lightly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, direct sunlight, and very damp environments to keep your artwork looking its best.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. If your order arrives damaged or defective then please contact me within 30 days of receipt and I’ll make things right with an identical replacement print or refund.
7. How long does shipping take?
Most orders will arrive to you within two weeks of your order.
8. Do you ship internationally?
My products are shipped to the lower 48 states and Canada.
9. Can I order a custom size or design?
Not at this time.
10. Are the prints limited editions?
My prints are open edition, which means they are not limited in number.
11. Who creates the artwork?
All images are created by me, Dale Hitchcox. Sometimes I draw the image from scratch and sometimes I use AI to produce a base image which I then modify.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop and other secure payment options available through Shopify checkout.
13. Are your prints made in the USA?
Orders originating from the USA are made in the USA, and orders originating from Canada are made in Canada!
